GBP is the source of truth on every tier. We bill EUR and USD at one-and-a-half times the GBP figure, rounded up to the nearest five. The 1.5× multiplier covers payment processing and FX volatility — it is not an upcharge for the work itself.
Every tier ships with the same baseline. The same migration, the same hosting, the same native human review, the same hreflang implementation. Tiers differ on size — page count, product count, design depth, support speed — not on whether the job gets done properly. There is no Starter compromise on quality, only on scope.
Activation covers the full move from Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, BigCommerce, Wix or Squarespace onto Eldris-managed hosting. No separate migration invoice, no scope creep mid-build. Starter handles 5 pages, 25 posts and 10 products. Scale handles 25 pages, 200 posts and 75 products. Bigger sites get a bespoke quote against the same per-asset rates we use internally.
Most managed migrations break hreflang and silently lose 30 to 60 percent of European organic traffic. We implement reciprocal hreflang tags on every page, generate language-specific XML sitemaps, and validate everything in Google Search Console before launch. Your DE pages rank in DE, your FR pages rank in FR, and the canonical does not collapse them into one English version.
Every translated page is read by a native speaker living in the target market before it goes live. Machine pre-translation handles 70 to 80 percent of the work. The human reviewer fixes tone, idiom, currency formatting, date formatting and any legal phrasing a literal translation would mangle. This is included on Starter — there is no upsell tier for human review.
Managed hosting runs on Cloudflare-backed infrastructure with automated SSL renewal, a GDPR-compliant cookie banner and an EU data residency option. No separate hosting bill, no expired certificate breaking checkout on a Sunday morning, no Plesk login to babysit. The monthly fee covers infrastructure end to end. We are the operator, not a reseller.
Once you launch, we keep your translations current. Add a new product in English on Monday, see it live in four languages by Friday. Update a blog post and the four EU versions update in the same week. Maintenance is the part most freelancers and agencies will not quote for, because it is the part that costs them money. It is included in every monthly fee here.

Pricing is per site, per language. A tier price covers one site in one language because every additional language is a full site clone — its own URL architecture, its own hreflang reciprocity, its own native review pass, its own hosting handover. Each additional language is the same tier at a 15 percent sibling-clone discount applied to both activation and monthly, since the migration is reused. For a Growth client, that means £997 for the first language, £847 for the second, £847 for the third, £847 for the fourth — totalling £3,538 activation for the standard DE / FR / IT / ES bundle. Dutch, Polish and Swedish use the same 15 percent rule. We do not currently offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic — those markets need typographic and right-to-left infrastructure we do not yet support, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the deal.

So Starter is £497 / €750 / $750 activation and £99 / €150 / $150 monthly. Growth is £997 / €1,500 / $1,500 activation and £149 / €225 / $225 monthly. Scale is £1,997 / €3,000 / $3,000 activation and £249 / €375 / $375 monthly. The 1.5x multiplier covers payment processing fees, FX volatility and the operational cost of supporting non-GBP invoicing — it is not an upcharge for the work itself. If your business banking is in GBP, you pay GBP.
Pricing is per site, per language. A tier price covers one site in one language. Each additional language is a full site clone at the same tier minus a 15 percent sibling-clone discount on both activation and monthly. So a Growth client (£997 activation + £149/month) launching in German, French, Italian and Spanish pays £997 + £847 + £847 + £847 = £3,538 activation, and £149 + £127 + £127 + £127 = £530 per month total across the four sites. The 15 percent discount reflects the migration being reused — your existing pages, products and assets only need to be ported once, and every subsequent language reuses the same data layer. Dutch, Polish and Swedish use the same 15 percent rule. We do not bill per word, and we do not charge separately for product description, blog post or metadata translation — it is all included in each language's activation fee. We do not currently offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic.
Migration delivery triggers a 14-day money-back window. If the agreed scope is not delivered — page count, product count, language count, hreflang validation, hosting handover — refund the activation fee in full, no questions. Once the site is signed off and live, monthly billing starts on the launch date and continues until you cancel with 30 days notice. Monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, GDPR cookie banner, hreflang maintenance, continuous translation sync, weekly performance reporting and the support tier matching your plan. Nothing extra to bolt on later.
Yes. Pay the activation difference (£500 from Starter to Growth, £1,000 from Growth to Scale) and the monthly steps up to the new tier on your next billing cycle. We rebuild the design depth, expand the page and product allowance, add lead capture and local SEO setup for Growth, or add fully custom design plus a 6-month SEO strategy for Scale. Existing translations carry over — we do not retranslate work you have already paid for. Most upgrades take 5 to 10 working days because the migration and translations already exist; we are layering scope on top, not starting again.
Scale covers up to 25 pages, 200 blog posts and 75 products. Beyond that, we quote bespoke against the same per-asset rates we use internally — roughly £35 per additional page, £8 per additional blog post and £15 per additional product, applied to activation only. The monthly stays at the Scale rate of £249 unless your asset count exceeds 100 pages or 250 products, at which point hosting throughput requires a custom monthly quote. We do not offer a free trial because migration work begins the day you activate — the audit, the staging build, the translation queue. Instead, every activation carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If we have not delivered the agreed scope inside 14 working days from activation (Starter), 18 working days (Growth) or 28 working days (Scale), refund the activation fee in full on request. Monthly billing only starts the day your site goes live, so you never pay a monthly fee for a site that is not delivered. Cancellation runs on 30 days notice and we hand back a static export plus the redirect mappings — no platform lock-in.
Activation is paid by bank transfer (UK Faster Payments, SEPA in EUR, ACH in USD) or credit card via Stripe. Bank transfer clears in 1 to 2 working days for GBP and SEPA, 3 to 5 days for ACH. Card adds the standard Stripe processing surcharge for non-GBP cards. Monthly fees are billed on Direct Debit (UK), SEPA Direct Debit (EU), or recurring card on Stripe — whichever you prefer. We do not accept PayPal because the chargeback exposure on a £2,000 activation is not worth the operational cost. Invoices are issued from EldrisAi OU (Estonia, EU VAT registered) and are reverse-charge compliant for EU B2B clients.
