How extra languages are priced
Each tier price covers your store in one language. Each additional language is the same tier with 15% off activation and monthly, because the migration is reused. The scan quotes the exact figure for your site. We translate into German, French, Italian and Spanish, and into Dutch, Polish and Swedish on request. We do not offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic.
Translation lets EU shoppers read your store. Selling physical products there also has legal steps. Eldris does these too, under the same company.
The legal representative that sellers based outside the EU must name on their products before selling there, under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). The UK has its own product rules; Eldris covers the UK as an additional market. Certificate and label address issued the same day.
Who needs it: Any brand outside the EU or UK selling physical products on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy or TikTok Shop in Europe.

Appoint your Responsible PersonRegistration with each country's producer register for packaging, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries, with the authorised representative and the annual reporting included. Extended producer responsibility (EPR) is the duty to register and pay for recycling in every country where you sell.
Who needs it: Sellers of packaged, electrical or battery-powered products in any of 29 countries: the 27 EU member states, Norway and the UK.

Activation covers the move from Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, BigCommerce, Wix or Squarespace onto Eldris-managed hosting. Starter covers up to 5 pages, 25 blog posts and 10 products. Scale covers up to 25 pages, 200 blog posts and 75 products. Larger stores are quoted by the scan.
We add reciprocal hreflang tags to every page, create a sitemap for each language, and check both in Google Search Console before launch.
Machine translation makes the first draft. A native speaker who lives in the target market reads every page before it goes live. This is included on Starter.
All four are part of the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting bill.
Add a product or a blog post in English and we translate it and publish it in your other languages within the same week.

Each tier price covers your store in one language. Each additional language is the same tier with 15% off both activation and monthly, because your pages, products and images are migrated only once. The scan and the PDF quote show the figures for your site.
On the day your site goes live. While we migrate and translate, you pay the activation fee only. The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, the cookie banner, hreflang checks, translation of new content and support at your tier. You can cancel on 30 days' notice, with no exit fee.
There is no free trial, because work starts the day you activate. If we have not delivered the agreed scope within 14 working days of activation (Starter), 18 working days (Growth) or 28 working days (Scale), we refund the activation fee in full on request. Monthly billing starts only when your site goes live.
Yes. You pay the difference between the two activation fees, and the new monthly fee applies from your next billing date. Translations you have already paid for carry over.
Scale covers up to 25 pages, 200 blog posts and 75 products. Beyond that, each extra page is £35, each extra blog post £8 and each extra product £15, added to the activation fee only. Above 100 pages or 250 products the monthly fee is quoted by hand. The scan shows your figure.
The activation fee is paid before work starts. The monthly fee is billed in advance on the same date each month, from the day your site goes live. Invoices are issued by EldrisAi OÜ, Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17298529).
